Day 9: The "Qi Energy Ball" Exercise
If you have practiced yesterday's exercise well enough, then you must have started enhancing the flow of Qi in your body.
So today's session will help you build the Qi in your hands and project it outside of your hands. When you have balanced the Qi in your body, you will feel healthy and energetic.
So, let's get started.

Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
