By placing an order, signing a Lease-to-Own Agreement, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Returns, refunds, and warranty coverage are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, incorporated here by reference.
1. Agreement & Governing Law
These Terms constitute a binding agreement governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, and you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Any court proceeding permitted by law shall lie exclusively in the state and federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
2. Products, Use & Resale
2.1 Products are sold for personal or professional use as described at point of sale.
2.2 Leased equipment. A customer who acquires a system under a Lease-to-Own / Practitioner Launch Agreement may not resell, lease, sublease, pledge, or transfer that leased system. Title remains with us until the lease is paid in full.
2.3 Distributor / affiliate referral. Customers and practitioners may earn as authorized distributors by referring customers to the official Qi Life Store using their assigned affiliate code. Distributors sell by referral only and do not resell physical units; all orders are fulfilled directly by us. Distributor compensation is governed by the applicable affiliate/distributor program terms.
2.4 We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, duties, and customs charges, which are your responsibility.
3.2 We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and may correct them or cancel affected orders.
3.3 Pay-in-3 (installment) purchases. Eligible items may be purchased on a 3-payment plan. A pay-in-3 purchase is an outright purchase on a payment plan — you take ownership and the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies. By choosing this option you authorize the scheduled installment charges; a missed installment becomes immediately due and is retried against your authorized backup payment method, and unpaid balances may be referred to collections. Returning the product within 30 days cancels any remaining installments.
3.4 Lease-to-Own financing. Lease-to-own pricing reflects a 0% interest structure on the financed amount; the final approved monthly payment may include a small program/servicing fee reflected in published "Starting at" rates. A final ownership/buyout fee applies at end of term. This is not a credit offer; approval is subject to application review (ACH + 2 valid backup cards on file).
3.5 ACH & backup cards. By submitting a Lease-to-Own Agreement you authorize ACH debits for the down payment and recurring monthly payments. Two valid backup cards are required and charged only if an ACH debit cannot complete on schedule. Payment methods are stored securely by Stripe, Inc. and never retained by us.
4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Qi Life products are wellness devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA, Health Canada, or any regulatory authority, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical claims are made or implied. All content is for educational or informational purposes only. Always consult your doctor before use for any health purpose. Individual responses vary and minor effects (for example, mild joint discomfort) are possible; seek medical advice in such circumstances. You assume all risk from use and from connecting any third-party equipment (e.g., amplifiers), and you are responsible for using the products, and advising any clients, in compliance with applicable laws and professional licensure in your jurisdiction.
5. Warranties Disclaimer
The limited product warranties in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy are the only warranties provided. Goods and services are otherwise sold "as is." To the full extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and do not warrant that our services or content are free of viruses or harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid to us.
6.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
6.3 You assume all risk arising from operation of the products and from any use by your clients, and release us from any related claim.
6.4 You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qi Resonance Technologies, LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates from any claim arising from your use, operation, demonstration, or referral activity, or any breach of these Terms.
6.5 No failure to enforce any provision is a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Our shipping responsibility is to dispatch goods to the carrier and, if requested, provide a receipt. After goods are handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, and we bear no further liability for their condition or arrival except for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or as stated in the Returns Policy. Return shipping, duties, and taxes are handled per the Returns Policy.
8. Lease-to-Own Terms
For customers under a Lease-to-Own / Practitioner Launch Agreement, the signed Agreement and the Returns Policy control where they conflict with these Terms. In summary: title remains with us until paid in full; the down payment is non-refundable and the lease is non-cancellable; early termination requires the remaining balance plus buyout fee; payments continue during any warranty service; and agreements are executed electronically under the ESIGN Act.
9. Intellectual Property
All website and product content is proprietary. You may not duplicate, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify any content without our prior written consent. Use of distributor materials and affiliate codes is governed by the applicable affiliate/distributor program terms.
10. Data Handling
Personal data may be processed and transmitted to third parties and other regions, which may include jurisdictions with less data-protection regulation than your own. By using the site or placing an order, you consent to this processing.
11. Frequency License
Frequencies and sound libraries (the "Licensed Materials") on qilifestore.com, members.qicoil.com, and the Qi Coil Quantum Rife App are licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis and remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal or professional purposes with groups of up to 12 people without additional licensing. Use with groups of more than 12 people requires a license upgrade and our written permission. You may not modify, share, transfer, or redistribute the Licensed Materials without our prior written consent.
12. Order Acceptance & Pricing Errors
Your order is an offer that we may accept or reject for any reason, and we may cancel or reduce order quantities at our discretion. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or availability errors and may correct them or cancel affected orders.
13. Electronic Communications & SMS
By using the site or providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, texts, push, and on-site notices), and you agree these satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. By submitting your phone number you agree to receive SMS messages from Qi Life (follow-ups, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and order updates). Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out (you'll get one final confirmation) or HELP for help. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
14. User-Generated Content
Reviews, comments, photos, testimonials, and videos you post must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, or spam. You represent that you own or control the rights to what you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content worldwide. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content, and we assume no liability for content posted by you or third parties.
15. Sanctions & Export Compliance
You may not use our products or services if you are the subject of U.S., Canadian, or other sanctions, and you must comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government or military action, terrorism, fire, accident, flood, war, or riot.
17. Modifications & Entire Agreement
We may amend these Terms with reasonable advance notice; if a change materially affects you, you may cancel. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms, together with any schedules, addenda, and the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior representations or communications. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force (severability).
