We want you to love your Qi Life products. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, return process, and warranty coverage for every product we sell. Leased systems are governed by the Lease-to-Own section at the end.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Qi Coilâ„¢ Systems)

Qi Coilâ„¢ systems purchased outright include a 30-day money-back guarantee starting on the confirmed delivery date. Refund eligibility is tied to participation in the Qi Coilâ„¢ 30 Day Program included with your purchase.

  • How to qualify: Participation is tracked through the Qi Coilâ„¢ 30 Day Program under the same email used for purchase. You may start any time within 30 days. You qualify for a full refund when (a) the Program is completed, or (b) the Program is followed but not fully completed and your participation is verifiable through Program tracking.
  • Extended request window: If you finish the Program near the end of the 30 days, you may submit a refund request within 7 days after completion, even if that extends past day 30.
  • 15% recalibration fee: If the Program is not followed or no participation is recorded, a 15% recalibration fee is deducted from your refund. Unopened packages are also subject to the 15% fee, because every returned Qi Coilâ„¢ system must be recertified and recalibrated before redistribution.
  • Condition: Return in original packaging and good working condition (unless received damaged), with all accessories included. Refunds are processed after inspection. Missing or damaged items may reduce the refund.

Standard 30-Day Refund (All Other Physical Products)

Physical products other than Qi Coilâ„¢ systems include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date, with no Program participation required. Return complete, in original packaging, and in good working condition. Refunds are issued after inspection. Missing or damaged items may reduce the refund.

Pay-in-3 (Installment) Purchases

Items offered on a 3-pay plan (such as the Qi Coil™ Mini) are treated the same as an outright purchase — you own the product, and the same 30-day money-back guarantee applies (including the Qi Coil™ 30 Day Program requirement and 15% recalibration fee for Qi Coil™ systems). Two installment-specific rules apply:

  • If you return within 30 days: we refund the installments you've paid, minus any applicable recalibration fee, and cancel your remaining installments.
  • If you keep the product: all 3 installments are owed. A missed installment becomes immediately due and is retried against your authorized backup payment method; unpaid balances may be referred to collections.

Digital Products & Subscriptions

All digital items — frequency tracks, subscriptions, downloadable files, courses, and app access — are final sale and non-refundable.


Shipping, Duties & Cancellations

  • You pay return shipping on all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs charges are your responsibility.
  • Refused deliveries are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Warranty Coverage

All systems include at least a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use — longer for some products, as shown in the table below. Standard warranty does not include accident protection. Optional Extended Protection Plans (where available) add coverage for accidental damage, liquid exposure, power surge, and mechanical/electronic malfunction during the active plan term.

Qi Coilâ„¢ Aura systems are designed as architectural-grade, stationary, long-life environmental systems; extended terms apply to Auraâ„¢ components only and assume indoor, stationary use. Outdoor, agricultural, animal, or environmental installations may require a separate coverage agreement. When systems are sold as part of a package, protection plans are offered by package rather than by individual component, and the selected plan represents the maximum coverage period for eligible components.

Red Light Panel — 3-Year Tiered Coverage

  • Year 1: full defects — materials, workmanship, internal electronics, and power supply/driver.
  • Years 2–3: electrical only — driver/power-supply failure and dead internal electronics.
  • Always excluded: accidental impact, liquid/moisture damage, normal LED aging or brightness/color shift, cosmetic damage, improper installation or ventilation, and environmental exposure. Panels are never eligible for accident protection.
  • Defect test: covered if the panel fails to illuminate or output drops below 70% of rated brightness due to a defect within the period. Gradual change above 70% is normal LED aging, not a defect.

Red Light Mat — 1 Year, Defects Only

As a flexible, body-contact product, the mat is covered for manufacturing defects for 1 year and is not extendable. Creasing, fold-line LED loss, flex fatigue, moisture damage, and cosmetic wear are normal use and are not defects.

Vibroacoustic Bed / MedBed — Parts-Scoped

Frame, motors, transducers, electronics, and controls carry the 1-year warranty and may be extended up to 3 years. Upholstery, foam, fabric, and straps are covered for 1 year only.

Accessories

Accessories carry a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects only, with no extended or accident coverage.

General Warranty Terms

  • Repair or replace at our discretion, with new or factory-refurbished components. Coverage applies to functional performance, not cosmetic condition.
  • Not covered: misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, improper power, neglect, or normal wear.
  • Service shipping: You pay shipping to and from the service facility. Out-of-warranty service is billed for parts, labor, and shipping both ways.
  • The Qi Coil Auraâ„¢ may produce a light rattling sound when moved — this is normal coil vibration and not a defect.

Warranty Exclusions, Transferability & Limits

  • Not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, intentional damage or misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation or operation, environmental or natural disasters, and loss or theft.
  • Transferability: warranties and protection plans are non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Geographic & usage limits: coverage applies only within approved operating environments and intended use cases.
  • Out-of-warranty repair: repairs outside warranty may incur repair and shipping fees; the customer pays all shipping for repair services.
  • Coverage is governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase, and these terms are subject to change.

Shipping, Delivery & Order Issues

  • Handling/lead times. Many products are handcrafted. Qi Coilâ„¢ systems typically ship within 2–3 business days; Qi Coilâ„¢ Aura, Resonant Wands, and Staff of Legends typically ship in 2–3 weeks. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; international shipments may experience delays.
  • Damaged on arrival. Report within 7 business days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
  • Lost or carrier-damaged shipments. Contact support and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Refused / undeliverable orders. Not eligible for refunds; reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility and refused packages do not qualify as cancellations.
  • Pricing & promotions may change at any time. We do not offer price protection or retroactive promotional adjustments.

Lease-to-Own Systems

Systems acquired through a Lease-to-Own / Practitioner Launch Agreement are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee and are governed by the signed lease. In summary:

  • The down payment is non-refundable; the lease is non-cancellable.
  • Early termination requires payment of the remaining balance plus any buyout fee.
  • If equipment is returned by mutual agreement or recovered on default, a 15% recalibration/restocking fee plus inspection, refurbishment, and return shipping may apply. Opened or used systems are not refund-eligible.
  • Warranty coverage and exclusions above still apply to leased equipment.

Starting a Return or Claim

  1. Email support@qilifestore.com from the email used for purchase to confirm eligibility.
  2. For Qi Coilâ„¢ refunds, confirm your Qi Coilâ„¢ 30 Day Program tracking.
  3. Wait for return authorization (RMA) and instructions before shipping anything back.
  4. Once approved, ship the item within 7 business days, in original packaging with all accessories included, using tracking and insurance; keep your proof of shipment.
  5. Eligible refunds are processed after inspection and verification. (Unopened Qi Coilâ„¢ returns still incur the 15% recalibration fee.)
