Day 8: Improve Your Spine and Posture With Breathing Exercises
Yesterday you practiced how to realign your spine and connect your chakras using proper posture.
So today, you will be building on the progress you made yesterday.
Words of affirmation "Speak this out loud" for Day 8:
“I am aligning my spine and my meditation exercises are improving.”
Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
Exercise: (Duration 6 minutes)
You can perform this routine while standing, sitting or lying down.
If you need a wall for posture support, then go ahead and use it.
As you get better at this routine, you can extend the breathing cycles to 10 seconds or longer.
