Day 24: Enhance Your Energy Ball Meditation With Qi Coil

Your hands can be more sensitive to Qi energy than any other part of your body.

Attempt to feel the difference in energy between your left (yin) hand and your right (yang) hand.

Qi Coils are not compulsory for this exercise. However, to enhance the sensation you feel at your hands, you can use either the "Yin or Yang coil" while doing the energy ball exercise.

Pre-Exercise:

Words of affirmation "Speak this out loud" for Day 24:

I can feel the intense presence of Qi in my hands, and this blissful experience is making me healthier.

Center Yourself:

Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
