Choosing Your Environment
For your soul to experience tranquillity, you need to choose a peaceful environment.
This place of your choice should have a "Meditative Atmosphere," free from distractions.

The first stage of the healing process is to remove all blockages from your organs. The process will also help you manage your emotions.

Center Yourself:
