What’s the difference between a regular laser and a cold laser?

A laser pointer is a laser but has no health benefit. The wavelength of the laser gives importance to the laser light because some wavelengths are beneficial and some are not. The wavelength and the power behind it determine the depth of penetration into the body.

Step 1

Lay all of the included hardware, including your LED, on a padded surface. Next, screw in the threaded posts to the top of the device and hand-tighten with the included Allen Wrench. Then, screw the cable supports to the threaded posts.

Step 2

Hang the included custom hook on any standard-sized door.

Step 3

Connect the cable supports to the snap link attached to the height adjusting system. Then, connect the snap link on the opposite end directly to the hook.

Step 4

To raise your LED to your desired height, pull down the loose cable while supporting the device with your opposite hand.

I received my red light therapy panel a few days ago and love it so far! The panel is made of strong metal and the color is really nice. It comes with a sturdy door mount, hanging cables, an eye mask, and a user manual. The door mount fits perfectly over my bathroom door which makes it easy to use and also to store away. It has been super helpful and helped me understand exactly how to use red light therapy and taught me about the dose of light I am receiving. I've been dealing with alopecia barba, bald spots in my beard area, for almost 3 years and have tried countless remedies with no success. I like this red light panel. This product gives you different levels of light, so you can start with low intensity and build up. Its very bright, but its not hot. I find it gives my complexion a brighter, clearer look. I also use this for arthritis, and feels it calm the inflammation down.

I have only been using this QI LITE Red Light Therapy Panel for a week or so every day, but after the first use I noticed my skin was much softer. I was afraid it would be hot to the touch, it’s just a little warm. My son fell off his scooter and his legs were all damaged and I had him lay down with the light right against his legs and just let the red light shine on his cuts. I can’t say for sure if it helped them heal faster, but I believe it did. Even with the light right up against his skin, it didn’t burn him or bother him at all. It looks like it’s pretty good quality and the packaging was pretty good.

I have been using the QI LITE Red Light Therapy Panel for almost a month now and it is doing the job well in treating my shoulder pain and is holding up w/o any functional problems. I wound up with two of these and they give a lot more coverage than my older unit. But nothing helped as much as this red light panel did. At first I needed a prescription just to get walking. But after that the healing was slow. So this unit really speeds up the process. It’s warming relief, but not too hot. It is a lightweight device and the company is very responsive. Great customer service. I find that when I use the light panel at night it seems to help me sleep better. It has a calming effect. I feel as if it helps blood circulation and is a good overall value. As a massage therapist, I think it would be useful to use in therapy sessions to warm the body for deeper tissue work.

If you want to verify the infrared lights are working, the easiest way to check is to use a cell phone camera and use it to view the lights operating because the camera will make it visible on the screen.
