We normally recommend that you break in for the first 7 days, and start using frequencies at medium to high volume for at least 30-60 minutes per day. For regular or normal use, keep it at medium to high volume, within 30 minutes - 3 hours per session, and at least 2 sessions per day, with a minimum 1-hour break in between. I really enjoyed my experience with this DMT Spirit Molecule Frequencies. I listened to it 3x via earphones - the last five minutes I put the earphones in front of my ears, on the bones - had a buzz there for over 30 minutes afterward! I even used it when my neighbor came over who is hooked on drugs and she even said she felt lighter like something had lifted. I did not tell her what I was doing only asked how the sound made her feel and that is when she told me. Both my rabbits have been at ease since I have been using the frequency for the past two days. We don't hear any thumping although I wish I had the funds to purchase the dispel max 6 track as when the neighbor came over she has something bad attached to her, it smells bad and left a thickness in the air so I am now using the dispel max 1 again to try and clear the home.

I tried out that DMT Spirit Molecule Frequencies and noticed I was like very very very mellow all day, almost to the point that people were looking at me funny, or one guy was looking at me like something was wrong, not sure, very very relaxing is what I found about it. Amidst all the beeps and boops, there are rapid clicks, most noticeable in Wonderzzz1. It felt like these clicks were stimulating energy in me, particularly along my spine. I have been listening to a short collection of the DMT Spirit Molecule Frequencies, often time having the headphones just under my ears rather than on them. Now, I am noticing an almost ethereal music, as if listening from a distance. It is very pretty. I just wondered if others have had this happen too. Or is my total breakup finally complete ;-)?

I almost immediately fell asleep and for the last 6-7 hours I have been sleeping, off and on, with deep and very strange dreams. I have only gotten up for potty breaks and I have not eaten or drunk anything all day. I feel very tired and yet I feel much better. I feel like I could let this program go on forever. I am going to get up, however, and eat something and get something done today (I hope) instead of becoming sleeping beauty. The program is sooooooooo relaxing. I listened last night for a while not the complete hour and felt the energy enter my crown. While I was listening, I noticed a blue light and someone was there with me, not sure who, but someone. And then like fireworks in the distance in the Universe. The blue light was swirling and then expanded to bigger and then the presence was with me. It definitely brought up stuff for clearing. Experiencing noticeable difference in the spaces where frequencies are played, i.e.office and kitchen. We "know" everything is sound (loosely translated, that is) and that sound affects "everything". Well, what i get is that the molecules in these particular spaces began to resonante with the frequencies and hold them until something else interposes a new effect.

At 30 mins I felt a cool sensation at my hara (mid-section) and radiating outward. Then a warm feeling in my lower right side. Then a cool sensation moving down the inside of my legs. Using the headphones this time, I notice I am very focused and feel very connected to my environment. After 30 mins. I am starting to flush and feel heat in my body. This is particularly on Bio. Getting quite warm in my kidney area. Then a warm sensation at my sacral chakra. Session ends with energy, focus with a sense of peace & calm. Clairaudient abilities seem to be opening up and centered around the dreamstate.

Previous to this experiment I had been playing DMT Spirit Molecule Frequencies and a few other frequencies, all through an ipod. My general state on beginning this experiment was one of well-being and that has not changed. Immediately on playing these new frequencies I found that the high pitched sounds seemed to be playing right in the top of my head, .....This happened no matter where I was in the (small) room but ceased when I left the room. It was bizarre, but I found it to be almost addictive. After about 30 min, I took a short break and noticed that there seemed to be a pulsing or waving (neither is the right word) going to and fro in my brain. I had the feeling that my neural pathways were "flexing their muscles".

I felt some cleaning energy crawling up from the feet into - the first chakra - then the second chakra and so on till it was up and went out of the crown it felt as if all had to be cleared and clean(s)ed and after then crown leaving i had to visit the bathroom for a longer time as all those to be cleared had to leave the body.
