Day 12: Gather Your Qi and Relax Your Mind

Gathering your Qi is the last routine to perform after a session of meditation. With this exercise, you will learn how to store your Qi energy to avoid it from dispersing into nothing.

It is easier to reuse it to power your body when you have gathered it back into your dan tien.

So let's get started.

Pre-Exercise:

Words of affirmation "Speak this out loud" for Day 12:

“My Qi energy capacity is growing everyday.”

Center Yourself:

Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
