After about 2 -3 days of use, I noticed the clarity and I was sharper when coming to remembering stuff. I have been working a lot more since using this. Now my recovery has been great I haven’t been sore the next day even after a hard workout. I forgot to use it a few days ago then, the next day, I was abnormally sore. Then after that, I feel like I got hit by a truck after working out the following morning. I am almost 90% sure it is the cause not using the frequency. It’s too much of a coincidence.
