Now, as far as health effects that I have observed, there are a couple. I have had the best sleep while on this frequency. I can fall asleep as soon as I close my eyes now! I can even sleep if I've had caffeine before bed! I dream vivid dreams! I had some inflammation in two different parts of my body and it has helped reduce it! I'm not sure how long to keep using this, but it has been three weeks so far. I will continue for one more week and then give my body a rest from it for a couple of weeks or months.

I bought this frequency for memory loss and mental clarity. I was having “brain farts” once or twice a day where I couldn’t remember a name of a song then it would pop in my head later. After about 2 -3 days of use, I noticed the clarity and I was sharper when coming to remembering stuff. I have been working a lot more since using this. I don't yet know if I'm having any benefit using this frequency, as yet. Twice a day, and it does change urine to a greenish tint. Does that mean it's enough? Idk. My father and brother died from cancer and if this helps with preventing that, I'm hopeful. There are is a disclaimer on the website that you should never stop your medication unless you have discussed it with your doctor, but I will just add this frequency to my everyday regimen.
