How do I join the Affiliate Program?
Joining the Affiliate Program depends on which platform you’re partnering with:
- Qi Life: A personal purchase of $600 USD is required before you become eligible to earn commissions.
- QEAI (QiEnergy.ai): You’re automatically enrolled as an affiliate when you subscribe to any paid plan—no separate application required.
- Qiari.ai: You can join the affiliate program by signing up for either a free or paid plan, making it the most accessible option for new users.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive your unique referral link, access to your affiliate dashboard, and all the marketing tools you need to start sharing and earning.
Do I have to agree to any terms?
Yes. Participation in the program automatically means you agree to the Affiliate Agreement, which includes all terms, commission rules, and compliance requirements. Please review the latest version in your affiliate dashboard.
Can I buy through my own affiliate link?
No. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from subscribing or purchasing through their own links or encouraging friends, family, or associates to do so. Violations result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all commissions, and permanent program removal.
How much can I earn in commissions?
Commission rates vary depending on the platform. Commission rates may change over time, but major updates will be communicated in advance.
What happens if a customer requests a refund or chargeback?
If a sale is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission will be reversed from your affiliate balance.
Are there restrictions on advertising or promotion?
Yes. Affiliates must follow ethical marketing standards and comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
You may not:
- Use deceptive or misleading content
- Make false or exaggerated claims
- Create pages or accounts that impersonate the official brand
- Send customers directly to checkout pages (always link to official product or landing pages)
- Bid on brand-related keywords (e.g., “Qi Energy,” “Qi Coil,” etc.)
- Offer unauthorized bonuses, discounts, or incentives
Can I make health or medical claims?
No. Affiliates may not imply that any product, service, or frequency program can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Prohibited words include: cure, heal, treatment, prevent, prevention, disease, diagnosis, mitigate, coronavirus, COVID-19, or similar medical terms.
What kind of marketing content can I use?
Affiliates may only use official marketing assets provided by the company, including banners, images, and videos located in the affiliate dashboard or approved media library. Do not copy, reproduce, or edit any company videos, “before/after” photos, testimonials, or website content without permission.
What platforms can I promote on?
Affiliates may promote using their own websites, blogs, or social media accounts. However, promotions are not allowed on:

- App stores (Google Play, iTunes, etc.)
- Classified ad sites (Craigslist, Kijiji, etc.)
- Auction or coupon websites
What are the conduct and compliance rules?
Affiliates must represent the brand truthfully and respectfully. The following are prohibited:
- Deceptive marketing or “scam/exposed” content
- Unapproved medical or performance claims
- Unauthorized use of company trademarks or logos
- Any activity that harms the company’s reputation or misleads customers
Can my account be transferred to someone else?
Affiliate accounts are non-transferable. However, upon death, ownership may be transferred to a verified beneficiary pending approval and proper legal documentation.
Can the company update the program or commissions?
Yes. The company reserves the right to modify or update the affiliate terms, commission structure, or payment process at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
Are there legal and arbitration policies?
Yes. The program is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) in Vancouver, Canada.
