Every Qi Coil™ system includes a 1-Year Standard Manufacturer Warranty, but for customers who want added peace of mind, we offer optional Extended Accident Protection.

What Accident Protection Covers
✔ Accidental Drops & Impact Damage
Damage caused by accidental drops, falls, or tipping.
✔ Spills & Liquid Exposure
Protection against accidental liquid exposure affecting system functionality.
✔ Electrical Surge Damage
Coverage for damage caused by power surges or electrical irregularities.
✔ Mechanical or Electrical Malfunctions
Failures not caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
✔ Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH)
Damage caused during normal handling, setup, or repositioning.
What Is NOT Covered
❌ Intentional Damage
Any damage caused deliberately by the owner or another party.
❌ Improper Use or Mishandling
Including incorrect operation, storage, or use outside intended guidelines.
❌ Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any work performed by non-authorized service providers.
❌ Acts of Nature
Floods, earthquakes, fires, hurricanes, lightning, or similar events.
❌ Extreme Environmental Exposure
Damage caused by environments the system is not designed to withstand.
❌ Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen items are not covered.
❌ Cosmetic Wear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functional operation.
Repair & Replacement
If a covered component cannot be repaired, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or greater-value component, at our discretion.
Replacement components may be new or refurbished.
Coverage applies to functional performance, not cosmetic condition.
