Nina Noone I purchased this frequency because I have been having difficulty with memory especially recalling information or retaining it. I haven’t used it consistently for more than maybe 2-3 days. The first day I used it I didn’t feel anything, the second day I felt a big difference I had clarity, no brain fog, was able recall information at my job (which I struggled with before) some days I feel the difference and others I don’t. Not really sure why or if it has to do with using them as directed. I have to continue to use it to really see if it makes an overall difference, but from what I can see so far they do help!
