Day 5 - Journey to the "Sacred Space of Your Heart"
Yesterday you started a journey in your body to discover your sacred place in your heart. You prepared for this by projecting your consciousness while moving from your head, neck, arms, and shoulders.
So today, you will move your consciousness to your heart chakra.
Pre-Exercise:
Words of affirmation "Speak this out loud" for Day 5:
“I am journeying through my body, and I can project my consciousness into my heart.”
Center Yourself:
Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
