Day 11: Qi Gong Slow Leg Squat Exercise



Today's session will be focused on training the muscles on your calves, legs, and back.

Now, as much as today's exercise will enhance the muscles that give you physical balance, the Slow Squat Meditation will give your legs spiritual strength and bring balance to your life.

Pre-Exercise:

Words of affirmation "Speak this out loud" for Day 11:

“I am well balanced, firm and grounded like a deeply rooted tree.”

Center Yourself:

Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
