Day 28: Enhance Your Grounding Meditation Using Qi Coils
On day 10 of this challenge, you learned how to control your Qi energy to go up and down using your hands.
Today you will learn how to amplify the result you get from this session using Qi Coils.
And by the time you master this routine, you will become fully flexible and balanced.
Pre-Exercise:

Center Yourself:
Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
