Day 22: Enhance Your Breath
From the breathing meditation exercises you practiced with, you must have started mastering the "Prenatal and the Reverse breathing" meditation.
So today, you will enhance these breathing meditations using our Yin and Yang coils to activate and relax the energy of your chakra points.
It’s important to note that the Yin and Yang coils are not compulsory for this exercise, however, we recommend it for fastest results.
So let's get started.

Take 5 minutes to center yourself and do belly breathing white listening to “Any Frequency of Your Choice” on the qi coil app before you kick off today’s exercise.
Exercise: (Duration 4 minutes)
Qi Coils are NOT compulsory to do these exercises. However, for the fastest results, we recommend that you do this meditation using our Qi Coils 2S Yin Yang System.
