I did a lot of research before buying these therapy magnets. By that I mean I asked some friends what they use and looked on line for the best one. I have been a carpenter for 30+ years and all the roofing and framing have taken their toll on my knees. I am 6'4" and weigh 168 lbs so I am not fat by far. I think it’s not the best solution but most of my knee pain has stopped after only wearing them for a couple of days. The only problem is they don't stay in place so I have use a double adhesive tape. I do feel they have helped so overall I would recommend them.

I believe that we are energetic individuals and if our flow is being challenged is when we are sick, I have used these therapy magnets versus taking any form of pills; I have a magnet at this time at the base of my throat, to protect my windpipe into my chest. Since the placement, I have not had any case of coughing or fullness in my chest. I am eating more vegetables and drinking more water. I have had chronic knee pain due to arthritis for several years now. I have tried every kind of topical and liquid CBD cream and oil and none of it works For very long.
