Just started using it and it seems I am able to empty more from my bladder than before which is the key factor in getting up less frequently at night. This is my 1st use of this type of products, so I can't compare it with others. So far I am happy with the results. If this frequency keeps working, I would recommend it to my father.

Took a week to ten days to get results, but hallelujah! I have a good stream and normal volume again, no more trips to the can every fifteen minutes! I used it more than the recommended time, two or three times a day. Absolutely, I'll continue using this stuff, it did work for me.

Before starting this frequency, my husband was getting up numerous times a night to urinate. Since he is using it for more than a week now, he has decreased dramatically the number of times he gets up at night. Easy to use, seem to be effective so I'd say good quality. Remember your youth, where you felt that you could pee onto the roof - from the ground?!? I can remember my mother screaming at me to sit down to pee because if I stood up the flow was strong enough to cause excess splatter everywhere. Well those days are decades in the past. My issue was the flow, not frequency. The morning pee is the most urgent one of the day, and the dribble I was dealing with was agony! Every day that first pee was taking longer and longer to accomplish. It was taking up to 10 minutes or more, and even then I would have to go at least 2 more times in the next half hour. Well this frequency works. I was well into my 2nd week before I got full relief, and now that first pee of the day is so much better. It's not like my youth, but hey, nothing's perfect. I have actually been using this frequency for almost 2 weeks now. Even at my age of nearly 70, by using this in spaced times daily, I rarely have to get up to use the bathroom more than once at night.
