This red light belt arrived very quickly. It is a well made product with clear instructions. True to the manufacturer's claims, it did produce pain relieving results even after only the first use. I bought it for a long damaged knee condition hoping the infrared band will actually help regenerate some of the tissues in that knee. It will take some more time, I think, to see if that actually occurs.

I can feel how the heat penetrates beneath the surface providing noticeable relief for joint issues, muscle and nerve pain. Pleasant level of heat that can’t get uncomfortably hot. The cord is exceptionally long which allows easy placement on either sides of the bed or sofa. It can wrap around the knee, but not really made for that area. Large heated area and Velcro band can accommodate going around a larger torso size. Velcro secures nicely and it doesn’t take someone else’s help to get it off like some do. I’ve been recommending this device to others with chronic and acute pain.

I hurt my back badly by lifting something too heavy. The pain was so bad. I used this red light therapy belt every day twice. It's easy to use even for the most mentally crippled person. Just put it around the waist, plug it into electricity, push the on button. I cannot say enough about it. The red light penetrates to one depth and the infrared light even deeper. Both types are imbedded into the belt and work together at the same time.

What an awesome red light therapy device. I really like this pad a lot. It can be used as a pad or you can wrap it around most any part of your body. This looks and feels like an amazing quality, durable product. Some believe in infrared capabilities, others don't. I've seen personally what it can do for pain so I'm a supporter. And I love this pad. You can lay it or wrap in on whichever body part you'd like. It puts a bit of heat out as well, which feels good. I'll update after having used this for a few months. Many things to like about the product: Attractive, soft and flexible, large coverage area (great for lower back), long cord, and wide back wrap (extremely comfortable) plus smaller straps for other parts of the body. After a week of continuous use, I'd say it's effective at pain relief - not an instant cure but very helpful.

I was skeptical about this product, but I have to say after 2 weeks of continuing use 2 or 3 times per day that I have received noticeable benefits to my spinal stenosis sciatic pain. I can go shopping or take a short walk and not think about the pain. Previously just going to a store and the parking lot would have been very painful. Now I can walk a few miles before the pain really gets to pick up. Pleasantly surprised it actually has some benefits. Not cured, but mobile for reasonable distances.

The red light belt is very easy to use. I've tried and used a number of infrared products, but this one works well. You just wrap it, plug it in, and use the included power button to dial in intensity and duration. Make sure to not look directly at the infrared lights. When I use it, I feel a nice warm sensation. I will have to try it more to see if there are any lasting results in my lower back pain.

This belt is fantastic. I am using the this device for a tendon tear in my right elbow, right shoulder area brachioplexopathy, right hip tendon tear, Neck degeneration in C2, C4 and C5, sciatica and coccyx area pain and last but not least, left wrist synovitis. Let me start by saying I love the penetrating heat of the UV. I can feel it in all areas of application and it truly does provide relief for me in those areas. It will take a lot of time, however, in all areas at all times, so often I pick two or three spots use the belt on for the 20 minutes each. Great device!
