I like this product. I’ve been using it for a number of weeks now and I’ve lost 3-4 pounds. I don’t know if it is coincidental or not. I am exercising daily now as opposed to a few times a week but other than that no real changes. I already ate pretty healthy. So I do think the idea of it ‘supporting’ weight loss is accurate. I do not bounce around with my weight (always within the same 1-2 pounds) so losing a few is kind of a big deal. I think qitones helps.

The instructions from my teacher has been an effective way to start learning to meditate with qitones. After two weeks, I’m already noticing some benefits - better concentration, increased creativity, a sense of relaxation.

I’ve been using qitones for over 2 months. It has been an essential part of my diet and weight loss journey. A wonderful practice, in just 2 weeks I've seen improvements in my happiness and joy. It's amazing what 20 minutes of effortless meditation twice a day can do for your mind. I have been using my qitone device for a little over two weeks. I have been eating cleaner and for the most part following a keto diet. I hike 2.5 miles every two days or so and swim for about an hour every other day with my kids. I lost 9 pounds in two weeks. I also do a good diet and exercise and this is a wonderful addition. I’m 5”5’ and was 205 when I started and 196 now. After gaining 50 pounds on the wrong medication a year ago, this has been such a help as I struggled to get under 200 and kept fluctuating between 202 and 205. On this product there has been no fluctuation but as I said, I have been very good with my diet and drinking lots of water.
