Terms and Conditions for Affiliate/Practitioner Listing
1. Device Demonstration Requirement
1.1. As an affiliate/practitioner listed on our platform, you are required to possess and have thorough knowledge of the devices you represent.
1.2. Upon customer inquiry, you must be able and willing to provide a live demonstration of the devices to showcase their functionality and benefits. This demonstration should be comprehensive and address all customer queries effectively.
1.3. Failure to comply with this demonstration requirement may result in the suspension or removal of your listing from our platform.
2. Commission Sharing on Referrals
2.1. In instances where a customer is referred to an affiliate/practitioner by our sales department, a commission sharing model will be applied.
2.2. The commission earned from any sale resulting from such a referral will be split equally, with 50% allocated to the affiliate/practitioner and 50% to our sales department.
2.3. The commission will be calculated based on the final sale price of the device, excluding taxes and any additional charges.
2.4. Commission payments will be processed and disbursed according to our standard payment schedule and procedures.
3. Representation and Communication
3.1. As an affiliate/practitioner, you are expected to represent our company positively and professionally to customers.
3.2. You must refrain from making disparaging, false, or misleading statements about our company, its products, services, or employees.
3.3. Any communication with customers should reflect the values and standards of our company, ensuring that all information provided is accurate, respectful, and in line with our brand image.
4. Customer Ownership, Confidentiality, and Non-Disclosure
4.1. All customers acquired through or in connection with our platform are considered the exclusive property of the company.
4.2. Affiliates/practitioners are prohibited from sharing, selling, or otherwise disclosing customer information to any third parties without explicit written consent from the company.
4.3. Affiliates/practitioners are bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) regarding any confidential information pertaining to the company, its business practices, customers, proprietary technology, and any other sensitive information.
4.4. Confidential information must not be disclosed, discussed, or used for personal benefit or the benefit of others outside the company. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, financial data, research and development details, and any non-public information about our products and services.
5. Non-Compete Agreement
5.1. Affiliates/practitioners agree not to engage in or support any business activity that is competitive with the services offered by our company during their tenure and for a period of [specify duration] following the termination of their affiliation with the company.
5.2. This non-compete agreement extends to all markets and regions where the company operates or plans to operate.
6. Agreement to Terms
6.1. By applying for a listing as an affiliate/practitioner on our platform, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions in full.
6.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued listing on our platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Listing Removal by the Company
7.1. The company reserves the right to remove an affiliate/practitioner listing from the platform at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
