I wanted to share my experience listening to these frequencies for about 20 min last night. Very, very blissful and it brought me back into focus and I've experienced that thoughtless calm that everyday life that doesn't bend to me takes away. I felt this very calm, blissful feeling which made me so happy. some frequency made me feel tired and sleepy but a happy tired sleepy feeling.

These tones feel like the most insignificant of all others I had heard before and man I've experienced many, since that first cassete tape I bought at a Borders book store in the year of 2000, it promised me to give focus, it didn't because I didn't know what binaural beats were at that time and I listened to it without headphones :^).
BUT these QL tones are so powerful, it is very easy to "overdose." For me, now as I just start using this, just 5 minutes is plenty. But because I didn't know that, the first couple days I felt not so good... too much too fast. But I learned my lesson :^).
