I have been using my qitone device for a little over two weeks. I have been eating cleaner and for the most part following a keto diet. I hike 2.5 miles every two days or so and swim for about an hour every other day with my kids. I lost 9 pounds in two weeks. I also do a good diet and exercise and this is a wonderful addition. I’m 5”5’ and was 205 when I started and 196 now. This weight loss device seems to be working, on my first week of using it I felt a huge change. I wasn’t as hungry all the times, barely had cravings, and had more energy. As other reviews say, it doesn’t give you any jitters. I have lost weight however not as much by scale. Remember we sometimes loose body percentage not calculated on the scale. “Scale is just a number” you can be weighing the same and still look toned and slimmer. I do watch what I eat and work out 3-5 times a week. I have recommended this product to my friends and family who are looking for that extra push in dieting. If anything changes I will update.

Things are going great here. Still feeling good because of this qitone device. I can’t believe all of the opportunities for the fun side projects/income it attracted lately. I bought this product because I was trying to lose weight and was always hungry. Being always hungry is what helped lead to my weight gain, so I knew I had to get my hunger under control. I tried the green tea supplement and it just made my heart race and I was still hungry. This device really works. I can't say that I am not hungry, but it is tolerable. I have been using it for a month now and I have noticed that it is working for me. You’re actually clearheaded, using it will help you remember maybe not everything but things you used to remember, you’ll remember probably not your whole past, although for current events you’ll remember certain things you’ll normally forget. I am having good results with my weight loss. I started using qitones a month ago. I didn't expect an overnight miracle because everyone's body is different. I have noticed a considerable weight loss in my stomach and thigh areas but I still have weight to lose so will continue to take the product. I am consuming around 1200-1500 calories per day and make sure I walk for at least 60 minutes/5 days per week. I have NOT experienced ANY strange side effects and there are no jitters at all. As other reviewers have mentioned, if you use it as directed the product might help clean out your "system" regularly...so just keep that in mind. But those results haven't been extreme for me. I do feel as though it is helping me get rid of toxins. I was really impressed with it. It has helped me immensely as an appetite suppressant. I am not so sleepy in the afternoon or ready to go to bed at sundown :-) so I guess that means it has given me more energy. No other product has worked this well for me. I love this product!
