I don't know why no one has mentioned it yet, because I know I'm not the only one-- but ladies, this frequency is a must-have if you're over a certain age. Yes, everyone is mentioning hydrated skin and lubricated joints, but do you know what else Hyaluronic Acid lubricates? All the tissues, especially the ones that get drier as we get older. Vaginal dryness can lead to vaginal atrophy and that is bad news for women who consider sexual health an important part of life. And sexual benefits aren't just the only ones; being comfortable on a daily basis ranks right up there. Now, as far as health effects that I have observed, there are a couple. I have had the best sleep while on this frequency. I can fall asleep as soon as I close my eyes now! I can even sleep if I've had caffeine before bed! I dream vivid dreams! I had some inflammation in two different parts of my body and it has helped reduce it! I can feel the difference in how I feel. I have mild depression and I try to use herbal things doctors prescribed me.
