The size is great, it's large enough so that you can easily aim it to where you want, but it's also compact enough that it's easy to store away when you're not using it. I just received in the mail today. Fast shipping! I can't comment yet on the effectiveness as I've only used it once. However, the panel seems to be really well built. I've purchased some other alternatives to this in the past, and those are built as you'd expect. This, however, is built like a tank. I have no doubt that it will last. In this case, you get what you pay for. One short facial session in, and I can say I definitely felt the radiance from the device. That session gave me a little extra pep and also the basic feeling like I had been outside enjoying some sunlight for about half an hour. Will keep using it to see how well it will work.

I'm currently undergoing treatment for Lyme disease which both the disease and treatment really suck the life out of you. However, since I have been using this device, for just five days now, I have regained my energy, my strength, and for the first time in months, I feel normal. I'm not sure how much is due to the red light therapy, but can it really be a complete coincidence? It comes with a sturdy door mount, hanging cables, an eye mask, and a user manual. The door mount fits perfectly over my bathroom door which makes it easy to use and also to store away. I've been dealing with alopecia barba, bald spots in my beard area, for almost 3 years and have tried countless remedies with no success. After researching about red light therapy and different devices I decided to give this one a go. I was pleased with the device upon arrival as it seems well built and durable. Now, after a few weeks of using it 10-15 min at a time, once or twice a day, I have black hairs growing back in spots for the first time in years. I will say I think it takes consistency and time, it took probably 2 weeks to start seeing results so don’t get discouraged. I have only been using this QI LITE Red Light Therapy Panel for a week or so every day, but after the first use I noticed my skin was much softer. I was afraid it would be hot to the touch, it’s just a little warm. My son fell off his scooter and his legs were all damaged and I had him lay down with the light right against his legs and just let the red light shine on his cuts. I can’t say for sure if it helped them heal faster, but I believe it did. Even with the light right up against his skin, it didn’t burn him or bother him at all. It looks like it’s pretty good quality and the packaging was pretty good.

But nothing helped as much as this red light panel did. At first I needed a prescription just to get walking. But after that the healing was slow. So this unit really speeds up the process. I also saw it work when I strained my arm. It ached so much it kept waking me up all night. The next morning I used this for 30 minutes and it was fine afterward. Totally worth the money.

I have a back pain and I felt so much better about one week after using this red light therapy panel for 20 minutes per day, but I also read that the red light therapy has so many benefits, I notice that my skin is glowing and my stretch marks are fading.

This Red Light Therapy Panel has worked surprisingly well for some back pain that I used to have. I haven't noticed any side effects either. If you want to verify the infrared lights are working, the easiest way to check is to use a cell phone camera and use it to view the lights operating because the camera will make it visible on the screen.

I bought this panel mainly for my scars, but have used it also on my face and my head for hair growth. I've only had it a week, so we will have to see how well it works. I'm hopeful as I have heard good things about it. I did wake up with a sore neck one day and used it for 10 min and it helped a lot! I like that you can hang it up or just lay it on certain areas of your body.
