Every MedBed includes a 1-Year Standard Manufacturer Warranty, but daily use, movement, and electrical exposure can introduce unexpected risks over time. To provide added peace of mind, we offer an optional MedBed Accident Protection Plan.
Included Coverage
✔ Standard Warranty — 1 Year (Included)
Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
This warranty does not include accident-related coverage.
⭐ MedBed Accident Protection — 3 Years
This plan extends protection beyond the standard warranty and is designed specifically for mechanical and electronic MedBed systems.
What’s Covered
✔ Mechanical & Electrical Failures
Coverage for failures not caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
✔ Accidental Damage from Handling
Protection against accidental damage during normal use, setup, or repositioning.
✔ Electrical Surge Damage
Coverage for damage caused by power surges or electrical irregularities.
What Is NOT Covered
❌ Intentional Damage
Damage caused deliberately by the owner or any third party.
❌ Improper Use or Mishandling
Including incorrect operation, storage, or use outside intended environments.
❌ Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any work performed by non-authorized parties.
❌ Acts of Nature
Floods, earthquakes, fires, hurricanes, lightning, or similar events.
❌ Extreme Environmental Exposure
Damage caused by environments the MedBed is not designed to withstand.
❌ Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen items are not covered.
❌ Cosmetic Wear
Cosmetic or aesthetic damage that does not affect functional operation.
Repair & Replacement
If a covered component cannot be repaired, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or greater-value component, at our discretion.
Replacement components may be new or refurbished. Coverage applies to functional performance, not cosmetic condition.
