I have been taking over-the-counter allergy medicine daily for years. I have been trying to cut down on the amount of unnatural chemicals in my system, and this frequency is a great alternative. This does not work quite as well as my Zyrtec or Claritin, and on bad allergy days I still take the OTC medicine to help, but overall this does help and has reduced my need for as much medication.

I love this company and their products. Helps me breathe easier during the day and at night especially on those cold seasons.

I really love this frequency. I didn’t think I would remember to use it 2 times a day but my body reminds me right on time with a cough or two. Within 20 minutes my symptoms go away until I am due for the next session. My allergies have changed from the nasal symptoms to bronchial this year. First I tried Flonase but it gave me a terrible sore throat. Next I tried Allegra but I got the same severe sore throat do this was a last ditch effort to conquer my symptoms. The results have been just wonderful! I have an occasional cough and then feel great of this frequency with no need of chemicals. I highly recommend it.

I have got to be completly honest. This frequency saved my life. I suffered from severe allergies. Season and pet (dogs, particularly bull breeds) I mean severe. Hives in the mouth, tongue and face. Severe facial/lip swelling. To the point where I was worried my lips would burst. I researched natural antihistamines. Querciten, bromaline, rose hips, vitamin c all came up. I was taking then individually in enouph dosage and I ended up taking 10 pills at a time then I found this frequency. I haven’t had 1 symptom!!! Or allergy attack since I started using these. I spent the spring in Washington! With so many flowers blooming. Not even a runny nose. Cottenwood fluff making it look like its snowing in alaska! Not a sore throat. I have been using this for 3 months and I use it in the morning and at night. I highly reccomend this. If you suffer from allergies please! PLEASE! DITCH THE ANTIHISTAMINES AND USE THIS!!!

I’m amazed how well this works for my sinus issues! I get a lot of sinus problems from allergies and dust, smoke, pollen are the culprits, mixed with a very dry, arid climate where I live in the high altitudes in the Sierra mountains, so I get very congested and stuffed up. I got to try it initially from my friend and I was hooked. I use this sporadically when my sinus is bothering me the most and it never fails to help me clear up, it seems to loosen up mucus and help moisten the nasal passages. This is a natural alternative which is preferable to me. Try it it’s worth it, I highly recommend!

I have had allergies my entire life. I kept Kleenex in every pocket & dealt with severe allergies from pollen, dust, and pet dander year round... until I tried this frequency. I’m not one to write reviews, but I just figured you should know that it does indeed work. I was basically the poster child for Claritin growing up but with Breathe-X I don’t need any other spray or pill. No more runny, stuffy, or cloudy noses, and no more itchy eyes or congestion either. Also a big add is that I don’t feel dehydrated after using it too. Other allergy products will have you feeling like all the water and liquid from your body has been dried up, and this is not the case here. If you don’t feel like reading: Yes, this product works. It doesn’t have a taste or smell of course, and they’re fairly easy to use. It does work quickly, but it’s not instant. Overall best allergy solve of my life. Gratefully, there’s Qilife.
