The last month or so I was becoming less motivated and a grey type fog in my thoughts. I did a research online and found this qitones device. I began to use it once a day most of the time in the morning. I usually have no issues sleeping and it didn't change anything about bedtime or sleep. It did help me get a clear mind and more motivation. The things I had trouble with were easily resolved which seemed that this was a result of this product. I will continue to use it and if result change, I will amend this review.

I'm not sure if it's a mind thing or not but I'm down 10lbs since I've been using this for more than a month and I'm not small. I'm 6 feet tall and very much physically fit but because I love a good meal this has helped me drop weight. This is an awesome product! We seriously don't deserve its greatness. I am new to meditation, and have yet found a way to really get into it, until now. I started using qitones about a week ago and it helps me fall asleep faster. I even use it daily to help me focus at work. Definitely recommend.

I'm continuing to lose weight rapidly. The best part about this device is that it cuts my appetite up to 50%. I can go in one day without even wanting food - and one meal a day can satiate me. Much smaller quantities satiate me. I'll fill my plate up like normal, but I always find that it's just too much, and the rest of the food goes to waste. I know I actually need to eat more, but this product has been the strongest appetite suppressant I've come across.

This is amazing, no words can describe how great this is. I am incredibly grateful to all of the creators of qitones and keep it going. I have anxiety issues and I often experience low mood and qitones made it possible to manage all of my problems.

For losing weight or curbing my appetite, I haven’t noticed so far a tremendous difference, or even my energy levels. I will be checking if my waistline/ excess tummy area decreases over time as others have noted- I’m physically moving throughout the day, but so far haven’t noticed any changes after nearly two weeks of using it. We will see.

Best device for meditation. Before this, I'm really distracted while meditating and lost my habit, but now I'm meditating with full focus. The sessions are arranged in such a way that you will never get distracted and stay focused.

I don't know if this product is really helping with my weight loss, but I'll keep using it as long as it lasts. I also changed my diet, and am having only a protein shake for dinner. I feel that and smart choices with breakfast and lunch have been the major reasons, but perhaps this product helps with appetite. In any case, this is good for me in other ways too. In all fairness, qitones really helps.

I like this product. I’ve been using it for a number of weeks now and I’ve lost 3-4 pounds. I don’t know if it is coincidental or not. I am exercising daily now as opposed to a few times a week but other than that no real changes. I already ate pretty healthy. So I do think the idea of it ‘supporting’ weight loss is accurate. I do not bounce around with my weight (always within the same 1-2 pounds) so losing a few is kind of a big deal. I think qitones helps.

The instructions from my teacher has been an effective way to start learning to meditate with qitones. After two weeks, I’m already noticing some benefits - better concentration, increased creativity, a sense of relaxation.

I’ve been using qitones for over 2 months. It has been an essential part of my diet and weight loss journey. Very easy to use. I didn’t see the effects right away, but after 2 weeks or so my appetite drastically reduced. I got full quicker and stayed full for longer.
