I randomly came across a thread online where a lot of people mentioned that this frequency helped them with their OCD/anxiety. I gave this frequency a shot and I noticed a significant decrease in my anxiety. It was weird because these frequencies don’t make you feel good and it was only after several hours when I was like "Huh...I haven't felt anxious all day." So don't expect to "feel good" on this stuff, but (at least for me) it has (so far) taken my anxiety and whooped its butt. I'll update my review if my anxiety comes back or if I notice anything uncomfortable. I've only just started it so anything could happen but right now I'm ecstatic and just crossing my fingers that this isn't temporary and I can use this instead of Xanax every day.

I live in a place where it's quite cloudy and dreary in the winter, and usually end up noticing the effects of vitamin D deficiency each year. Vitamin D levels are not tested during routine blood tests here in the UK which is negligent to put it mildly, considering at least 70% of the population is deficient by March. I eventually had a private blood test and found I was severely deficient after bogus diagnoses like "chronic fatigue" and "fibromyalgia" from doctors - neither of these conditions actually exist and both can be easily treated if you find out which deficiency you have. Both are linked to Vitamin D and other deficiencies. I’ve been listening to this frequency for almost 3 weeks now, I was back to optimally replete. Now I listen to it every morning 3x a week for maintenance and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future as I am finally back to work without the debilitating fatigue associated with a lack of this necessary vitamin. This is highly recommended.
