This is a very high quality bracelet, but I was just having a challenge with the clasp. Qilife is doing their routine call after I received my bracelet and they were concerned that I was not completely happy because of the clasp. I did not ask for anything, but they offered to replace the bracelet. They were very professional and communicative and would highly recommend them.
