Every eligible Qi Coil™ system includes a 1-Year Standard Manufacturer Warranty. By purchasing this Qi Coil™ Accident Protection plan, your coverage is extended to a total of 3 years from the original product purchase date.

Your Qi Coil™ system already includes a 1-Year Standard Manufacturer Warranty. Purchasing this protection plan adds 2 additional years of coverage, providing a total protection period of 3 years from the original product purchase date.
The first year includes the Standard Manufacturer Warranty for eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. The additional protection also provides coverage for eligible accidental damage and unexpected events described below.

This Accident Protection plan expands your coverage beyond eligible manufacturing defects and helps protect your investment from unexpected events during the 3-year coverage period.
What Accident Protection Covers
✔ Accidental Drops and Impact Damage
Coverage for eligible damage caused by accidental drops, falls, tipping, or impact.
✔ Spills and Liquid Exposure
Coverage for eligible accidental liquid exposure that affects the system’s functionality.
✔ Electrical Surge Damage
Coverage for eligible damage caused by power surges or unexpected electrical irregularities.
✔ Mechanical or Electrical Malfunctions
Coverage for eligible failures that are not caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
✔ Accidental Damage from Handling
Coverage for eligible damage that occurs during normal handling, setup, or repositioning.
Coverage Exclusions
❌ Intentional Damage
Damage deliberately caused by the owner or another party.
❌ Improper Use or Mishandling
Damage resulting from incorrect operation, improper storage, or use outside the intended guidelines.
❌ Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Damage related to repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by unauthorized service providers.
❌ Acts of Nature
Damage caused by floods, earthquakes, fires, hurricanes, lightning, or similar natural events.
❌ Extreme Environmental Exposure
Damage caused by environmental conditions the system was not designed to withstand.
❌ Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen products and components are excluded from coverage.
❌ Cosmetic Wear
Scratches, marks, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the system’s functional performance.
Repair and Replacement
When an eligible covered component requires service, it may be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or greater-value component at our discretion.
Replacement components may be new or refurbished. Coverage applies to functional performance rather than cosmetic condition.

- This protection plan must be purchased and registered during the eligible enrollment period.
