I think I found the magic pill to help me sleep! I bought this to help with my cortisol levels. I read that it could help you sleep better, but it might have the opposite effect. I have had problems falling asleep for years. Falling asleep and staying asleep. On the slight chance that it would keep me up I was afraid to take it at night. One day I forgot to use it in the morning and decided to use it at 5 pm. That night I had the best sleep in a long time! After that I started using it at night before bed and I have been sleeping so well every night. I can hardly believe it. I sleep like a normal person now! I will never be without this frequency! Less than 2 weeks after I started using this frequency once a day in the morning, I realized I hadn't taken a single ibuprofen in over a week.
