It feels good while I am getting my neck loosen up and almost outs me to sleep. I turn the vibration on to get the full effect. You are not going to get a deep tissue massage from the vibrating part. It was not designed for that. It just kind of stimulates the skin for a very gentle massage. Overall for the price, it's a good buy.

This is a must buy! I got it today and after exercising, I laid on this vibrating bed to relax and the next thing I knew I was sleeping for 3 hours. I’m not sure if the bed knocked me off or the frequencies that I’ve been listening to. It’s like I’ve been hypnotized, but I feel relax after.

The vibration does work well on my lower back and legs so overall this is a good product and is nice to use when I want to actually pull it out and use it. Add a blanket over you while you’re laying on it and it will help trap the heat of your body and make you more relax.
