I have used this belt for more than 3 weeks now and I want to say that it is really a good product! I haven't used it enough yet to notice any difference. However, I do like to place my feet on it after work. It feels wonderful! And since it doesn't run on batteries, I can use it as long as I want without having to worry about it going dead like other products I bought a few years ago. Haven't tried it on my back yet, just my stomach, trying to get rid of my belly fat, but only used it a couple of times so far, so I'll have to update my review next time.

I was a little skeptical when I originally purchased this belt, but it really does work, I like to rub essential oils on my stomach and then use this device and I find it very soothing on my skin, I like to sit and watch TV or read while using it. Very powerful, and definitely does the job, I find I have to urinate more frequently than normal, I do see a change in my stomach after using this for more than a month.

After having two babies, it’s really hard for me to get back to the original body shape in my belly and waist part, though I tried to go to the gym, keep active, etc. The middle section is the hardest. Tried my luck to look for something online. I like this product for how easy to use it. I just plug it in and use it while I used my laptop or watch TV. I got it almost 2 weeks and I think it works well on my belly part. Still, I think this product should combine exercise, healthy diet if you want to lose weight, especially in the middle section.

I love this red light therapy belt. I look forward to relaxing my tummy after work each night. I suffer from uterine fibroids and sometimes I get stomach cramps and this device relieved my cramps. Not to mention that I needed to fit into a skirt for a special event, so using this device every night for 3 weeks helped make the skirt fit more comfortably. I'd say I lost about an inch, not around my tummy, but just under my bra strap. Remember to drink water after use.

Definitely a great belt for weight loss and help with bowel movements. The key to seeing results with this belt is to exercise and most importantly DRINK A LOT OF WATER every day. Using it alone won't do the trick but I noticed that the days I get the best results are when I exercise and drink tons of water.

I had purchased three different brands before. None of them worked as described. This Red Light Therapy Belt was introduced by one of my friends. It is designed to target the waistline which is exactly what I was looking for. I mostly use it in the belly area. I used it twice a day and after a few days, I felt the ab muscles get a bit tight and smaller. So far so good.

I read every review and was still on the fence. First of all, it does work. You will see a noticeable difference in how your waist looks and how you feel. My father noticed the difference immediately after not seeing me for a week, exclaiming, "You've lost weight!" I didn't quite believe he was saying it, considering I had only been using the belt for a week, but I could feel the difference. I have been using the belt inconsistently for about a month now, and I have lost at least 2-3 inches around my stomach area. But even with inconsistent use, my clothes fit differently and look differently on me. As others have commented in their reviews, the belt obviously requires consistent use to assist in shedding stubborn belly fat. Diet and exercise, of course, would greatly improve efforts, but I have done neither--not really. However, as I have seen my waist shrink noticeably smaller and tighter, I have also become a bit more conscientious of what I eat. A shrinking waist is quite the motivator! The belt works and is helpful in many ways, including, yes, aiding digestion. After use, the belt makes me feel a bit more energetic and noticeably lighter. In the mornings, when suffering from a sluggish start, I lie in bed and use the belt for one 15-minute interval, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and ready to start my day. If I get an opportunity to use the belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life itself can get in the way, and unfortunately, I do not always get that hour. My waist is nowhere near where I want it to be, but I am working on it, and the belt is helping.

I've been using this therapy belt for 2 weeks straight because I have a big tummy. I was not sure at first if it was working but at the end of the week I lost an inch around my waist. Plus, I wore it during my walks and now while cleaning the house, I see a lot of change. I know it's gross that you’re sweating and it's all wet. Well, that's a sign that it's working, but make sure you strap it securely around your waist in order to work properly. I love the results I am getting. Like they say nothing for free, you have to work hard at working out and getting the size you want to be.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using it during my power walks. If you’re looking for something to speed up your mid section this will help. In my opinion, using this alone doesn't appear to do much therefore you must exercise with it. As far as the product goes. It is durable and way more comfortable than the stuff I bought from Walmart.

It actually works better than I thought it would with my back pain, but it's not so great under clothes. Even though it's thin material, relatively speaking, it's still too bulky to wear under the dresses I wear to work, which tend to be somewhat figure hugging.

I work in a very physical job that involves a lot of lifting. I came across with this therapy belt while searching for remedies and gave it a try. I use it twice a day since I bought it a few weeks ago and it's really been helpful. I can really feel it penetrate into the back muscles. In the morning I put it on while getting dressed for work. It really cuts down on the morning soreness. I'm really pleased with this product and to date haven't had any problems with its operation. I don't know how it would work on an injured lower back, but for muscle soreness it works great.
