I practice martial arts sports and work out regularly, but I am not a sweater. Well, 20 minutes in this blanket and I am lying in a puddle! I definitely see why some people like to bring a sheet or towel to lay on, I find it uncomfortable, but I do bring a small towel in with me. Very well priced, comfortable to lie in and does exactly what I had hoped, gets the circulation going and I feel so refreshed after.

I bought this sauna blanket not just for weight loss, but I found out that it's been helping me with my back pain. I have been using it for about an hour each day and I haven't faced any issues. It gets warm enough, but not too hot to burn. There is no noise at all with the machine. I'm not afraid to use this at all seems very safe. It also has zippers on the sides for easy clean of sweat. I'm not gonna lie, I have taken a few naps on it, I feel like I can finally lose weight while sleeping . It has a timer so it's fine. Good quality material too feels very durable and the remote comes in handy.

It has a remote that we can adjust the timing and temperature while taking a sauna. And most importantly, it sweats us out very well. Worth spending and highly recommend.

The quality of this sauna blanket is very good. It could also set the temperature and time and it could automatically stop after the time is up so you won’t worry about accidentally fall asleep and get too hot. I usually set the time to around 30 minutes. It’ll stop heating up after that and it will stay warm for a long time after.

I have been looking for a Sauna place for a while, since I believe a decent level of sweating is helpful for detoxing, especially in the long winters. I remember we had Sauna in my college gym. However, it is not so easy to find such places since then. Then I found this Sauna blanket, it is a good substitute. I was really excited about the sauna blanket. So far so good it works amazing and I had really good results with it. I usually wake up with muscle stiffness so this blanket really helped relieve the stiffness as well as detox my body. I really like the blanket as it increases body energy for extra comfort. I sweat as if working out in the gym. This is pretty life-saving during pandemic that the gym is not really safe. Sweating while watching TV is also a cool experience. I am writing this review because I loved this sauna blanket so much and wanted everyone looking for a sauna blanket to know this one really works! It is easy to use you just plug in the wires and connect to the outlet. You can easily adjust the temperature and timing. The timer is a key feature because I do think someone could fall asleep while lying in it. It does really work every time I am dripping in sweat after using it even just after 30 minutes. I always need to use a towel to clean it after. Easy to put together as well! Worth the money!

Amazing pain relief and detox. I own two others for my spa, but this one is way better. Heats up quickly! The sauna blanket actually works. It does take about 10 min to reach temperature, but the sweat pours out around 20-30 minutes. Set up is easy and the remote control is easy to use.

I was looking over sauna type devices and I found this one, really nice reviews and had to give it a try. I was not disappointed, this one works great. Good thickness of the material, and good quality heating elements throughout the top and bottom of the blanket. Gets up to heat fast, very comfortable, feels great to sweat, and the temp is right on where I took a temperature probe to check and works perfectly. I love the remote control, to where I had fallen asleep before, and the timer is a huge safety here. The setup was easy, very easy to clean, I wipe it out with a towel and follow with alcohol type wipes which works great for me. Works great for me, where I am very happy with the purchase.

One of my best expensive investments for sure, but this sauna blanket heats up and makes you sweat a lot! I can definitely see a difference after each use. Also helps with back pain relief, and is a great detox after a workout. Totally worth the money.

I just received my sauna blanket. I expected the delivery to take several weeks and surprised when it was delivered after two days! Easy to assemble. The quality is surprisingly quite good for the price. At first I thought it might not be hot enough but once you are in it for 30-40 minutes you know you could not handle a higher heat. I bought the blanket for detox and to help my muscle soreness after workouts, along with helping my digestion, as I suffer from inflammation and numerous food intolerances. After one 30 min session and a quick cold shower, I noticed I was relaxed and slept more soundly. In the morning I did notice less inflammation in my stomach area compared to the morning I did not use the blanket. So my hope is after several more weeks of using the blanket I will start seeing more results.

I bought this sauna blanket a week ago and finally took it out and used it the other day. Easy to use, I bought it so that when I got the chills it would warm me up. I used it for 30 minutes, and I had a good sweat going. My skin felt warm and flushed after for a few hours too. It was not an unpleasant sensation. I have done some reading on far-infared and honestly havent used it enough to comment if it has helped with my aches and pains but so far I like it, and am hoping for some pain and inflammation reduction. I am thinking I may buy another one as a present for my dad. I will update or write another review at a later date of this purchase.

I’m usually going to the spa twice every month before the pandemic, but not anymore because I have this sauna blanket now. It’s made of very thick material and getting really hot. Super easy clean up. It has remote control too. I’m just very happy because now I don't need to go to spa anymore and I can do it all at home. I just worried about cleaning, but it’s very easy. After using I can just wipe with towel inside.
