There are two different modes of listening and they are:
“ACTIVE LISTENING” means you are playing ONLY thefrequency and no other music, you play it loud enough on good quality speakers (NOT HEADPHONES) and can feel the vibration inside your head and inside your body, so it needs to be loud enough so the sensation can be felt as it travels through you acoustically, this is where the energetic ‘entrainment’ comes from andyou need to allow enough time to allow the rhythm to become established inside your body and this seems to be an average of three hours play time per day for at least three days, I would break the daily exposure time down to 45 minutes to 2 hours max play time, then resting for an hour and resuming to completion.
If you want to experiment with longer exposure times for a day, make sure you are taking rest periods of an hour in between. If you start feeling lower back pressure or mild pain, start getting unusually thirsty, or start feeling agitated, stop use or change to a different frequency, drinkwater, take a break, resume later when the body has had chance to rest.
“PASSIVE LISTENING” means you are playing the frequency at low volume so it is just detectable. Here we are going for a subtle effect geared mainly for subconscious mind entrainment.
You can also mask the frequency by playing other music in the background that youlike. One user plays the frequency at a normal volume but them plays his favouriteclassical music over top of it, he reports he really likes the effect of the combined sounds.
You may find it helpful to first simply play the frequencies as sound waves on your computer, for these frequencies it might be best to play at a lower volume so they can just be heard, possibly for about 45 minutes.
USING HEADPHONES does NOT Typically yield the more dramatic phenomenon encountered with non-headphone audioplayback.
Use headphones with the SAME caution you would any other music with highfrequencies in it, don’t play to loud and if you are going to use withheadphones then first burn the digital files as audio files to a CD.
I would recommend only using a singular frequency or at most two or three frequencies of a similar natureconsecutively. Too many different frequency types too quickly may not be helpful to the bodyand mind and may simply cause agitation.
Do NOT play frequencies for more than three hours continuously.
Give your self at least an hour break in between if you arehaving long exposures, i.e. if you play the frequency stream in the background with normal music playing over top of it all day, then make sure to take a one hour break in between.
STOP playing the frequencies when your body-mind signals you that it is “full” or saturated.
You may be able to tell this froman overall pleasant positive feeling occurring during the exposure, which starts to tranform noticeably to a sustained slight agitation.
Wait for at least 5 minutes, if this persists, stop and take a break from the frequency. Any sound listened to non-stop can produce this sort of agitation.
Drink water before or after listening to the frequencies.
Chances are for those who start feeling unusually thirsty more frequently than they are used to probably need to take a break from playing the sounds and take a rest.
People react differently to the frequencies.
It is possible that if the frequencies are working for you there could well be some mild disturbance as internal negative energies hopefully becomedislodged, such as mild melancholy or sadness, but if this is happening then there should also be coincident with that effect also a feeling of some relief - a lighter happier feeling.
Some of these frequencies may match up well with some people and not with others. Possible variations seem to include to date;
1.) The user starts really enjoying the pulsing rhythm of the frequency but after 45 minutes has had enough
2.) The user starts off finding thefrequency unpleasant or jarring but after five minutes as the frequency transforms, the user attenuates to the frequency and finds it pleasant and enjoyable and begins to experience positive results.
3.) The user finds the frequency unpleasant from the start, after ten minutes still finds the frequency unpleasant. At this point, I would recommend turning it off and taking abreak. Perhaps, if you wish, try the frequency another day or try a different frequency.

A simple rule to stick by is:
Exposure (time duration) + Volume
Best results, most notable and dramatic results for the average user;
Mid to higher volume setting for time range with 45 minutes as the minimum to 3.5 hours for the maximum.
If a user desires to use for an extended period of time, then use the passive listening mode and lower the volume: Between 1/3 to 2/3rds the mid volume setting.
Theoretically you could listen for 6 -8 hours at low volume settings, while listening passively.
This all depends on the user's personal taste and reaction response.
(Do not exceed this for more than 4 days per week.)
Normal, average duration (for full entrainment to occur) should last 3.5 hours maximum, at a high volume setting.
Obviously use the same discretion when setting volume as you would with any sound or music, i.e. not setting the volume so high that it is uncomfortable or hazardous to your ears though.
(Do not exceed 4 days per week.)
For the average person entrainment requires a minimum play time of 45 minutes.
Signal dilution plays an important role.
One should keep in mind that one frequency equals one behaviour pattern.
This is instilled via resonant entrainment. In order for resonant entrainment to work you need a coherent, clear signal superimposed on to a given medium (the human body), for an appropriate period of time at an appropriate level of force.
Exposure (time duration) + Volume (magnitude) = Dosage
(preferred saturation level)
If you mix too many signals (different frequencies) then you dilute the effective strength of any one frequency in that mix.
For example: if you have 8 tracks or more in series looped for one hour, then obviously the overall effect of one track, out of the set, to affect the
medium(human body) would be greatly lessened. But if you ranonly one single track for one hour, at a good volume setting (medium to high), then the likelihood of that behavioural pattern settling in firmly will become much higher.
However there does seem to be a happy medium wherein a smallnumber of tracks, (maximum 3-4), are looped together if they all compliment (orenhance) each other. This way, even though the overall entrainment effect of an individual frequency may be lessened, the overall desired effect for a personcan be firmly accomplished or achieved.
(Personally I usually play one track for up to 3.5 hours in a day, medium to loud, on some days.
On other days I play a short playlist of 3 or 4 tracks for most of the day, with breaks, on a medium to low volume).
(Sometimes I meditate for an hour or less with certain tracks off and on in a day.)
--'Meditation' for interesting or increased effects--
Meditating while listening to the frequencies could be a very good practice to take up.
Some people sometimes notice sensations, colors, light and vibrations in their bodies as well as deeper insights while meditating..
But many people gain these same effects without meditating at all.
One could experiment with any track they feel may supplement a meditation practice.
The ability to pay closer attention to the emotions onefeels while listening to a track, as well as paying attention to the physical sensations within your body, is what a good session in deep contemplation could be good for, with ANY of these frequencies.
For meditation purposes use the same duration time; use the same rules.
It is not completely required to meditate for the effects to take place with any one of the tracks.
- Meditation and Altered States Tracks-
The tracks that would be more highly regarded for meditation practice could be: Altered States tracks, energetic balancing, or any other higher mind, higher self forms of frequencies.

For example; Most users report the SLEEP freq be used in avery different way than almost all the other freqs. Most of the other freqs work via looped play entrainment period ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours per day on average. We’ve found the sleep frequency to be quite different. For some odd reason, less is better for this one. On average I recommend only 10 minutes to a max of 20 minutes of playtime for this one just before sleep.
