Does high frequency kill bacteria?+

High Frequency oxygenates the surface of the skin, kills P. acne bacteria, stimulates circulation and aids in detoxification, contracts blood vessels minimizing red inflamed skin. This kind of treatment also can aid in shrinking pores, reducing signs of aging, and stopping persistent acne in its tracks.

How often can you use high frequency?+

You can use it every day but you don't have to. I mainly use mine when I feel a zit coming, or I have one I want to go away quickly. If you want to use it for anti-aging then you need to use it daily. You can use it morning or night or both. You may experience dryness if you use it regularly so be sure to use moisturizing products after.

How long do you use high frequency per session?+

Use your high-frequency device for 15 seconds per area or 5 minutes max per face per session should be plenty. It really doesn't take that long- I can treat my whole face in about 2 minutes.

Can you use high frequency on wet hair?+

It's also imperative that you use this device on dry skin and hair; using it on soaking wet skin or hair can cause a shock

Can you use high frequency over a mask?+

Yes, you may place it to the face and then apply the high-frequency wand. The mask is to keep a skincare product in place on the face for several minutes.

I have been using my device for almost a month and have definitely seen the results. Start on a low setting for the first few days, then gradually make it stronger. Don’t rush and no it doesn’t hurt. 5 mins maximum uses once a day and don’t dwell on just one area. I find zig zag motions work best. It really will make a difference in your skin if you are consistent with using it!
