I did have an issue where when I open the package, the base casing has a little damage and the bulb was essentially broken. I contacted Qilife and they contacted me back the next day, and they sent out a replacement! I'm so pleased that they backed up their product like that and didn't leave me upset and hanging as many other companies would have! I have had this red light panel for about a month now. I am trying to use this to provide some relief for a torn knee ligament. The panels are light weight and does provide a large area of light when positioned correctly. For this month I have felt it was working as expected, will update as to pain relief or healing.

So far so good, it is amazing how much relief I have felt in just a short time using this light therapy on my back specially on my lower back. I really like that it comes with a metal stand. The heat of this red light therapy panels also loosens up my neck to where I can exercise it much better after the session. I use it every day and it has made my stiff, arthritic neck a lot better.

I love it!! I’ve used red light therapy before at my gym so I know how to use it and what the benefits are. Now I can have it in the convenience of my home!! This red light setup is awesome. Love that it has 2 red light panels for more coverage. The metal stand can extend tall or low so you can position it just about any way you want. Been using it for a few weeks and I feel like the quality is right up there with the one I used at the gym. Makes my mood better. My skin looks better, clearing up and refreshed. I do notice that my joint pain isn’t as bad too!!! Not sure if it’s helping with fine lines because I need to use it longer to see. Super easy to setup and use. The price is great, especially for the results and convenience!

This red light panel can be used for so many things. I've been using it for more than a week now. I basically do a whole body red light therapy on myself. Using this for weight loss, cellulite, stretch marks, an old surgery scar that won’t go away, skin wrinkles that are starting, brown age spot on my face, hair growth and for boosting my moods. I swear! I lost some stomach weight. I didn't have to struggle to buckle my jeans like I usually do. I'm not on a diet.... like I should be. So it has to be this device. My moods have definitely improved. It's been so cold and gloomy for such a long time. That really made my mood very bad. So this panel has made a great difference with that. I started getting red splotches and bumps on my arms and could never get them to go away. After one use of this device my arms are no longer splotchy and they are very smooth. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in my old stretch marks. It’s almost like they are healing. This red light therapy panel seems well made. Much larger than I expected. I've read a lot of very positive things about the wonderful healing effects of Red Light Therapy. We purchased this device to try it out on a number of things it's supposed to help. I have arthritic knees, so figured I'd give it a shot to see if it helps the inflammation as claimed. Oddly the last two times I saw my doctor, I was thinking to myself that maybe I was not remembering accurately what he looked like, because I could swear he was shiny bald on top, just as bald as I am. However, now the top of his head is covered with hair. He's thin up there and you can see his scalp through the hair, but his head is covered with hair now. Then he brought up the discussion about the Red Light Therapy and told me he had been using it for the past 2 months, and that's how he managed to regrow hair where none would grow before. AMAZING!

I was skeptical when first getting this red light panel, I’ve never used infrared therapy before and wasn’t exactly sure what results I’d get with it. I can honestly say I was thrilled with how quickly my injured ankle started to feel better. I used the device each day for about 3 weeks and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in both flexibility and pain level. Since my ankle improved, I used it on a sore hamstring and that improved too within a few days. The device does get hot if left on area for too long at a time, but it’s so lightweight that moving it around constantly doesn’t cause wrist-ache. I’d highly recommend to anyone with sore and tired muscles.

Useless delivery system. I ordered 10 days prior to delivery date which I kept 2 days prior to my mother’s birthday to make sure my mom receives her gift. She never received a gift on her birthday, it came after 2 days.

I had previously bought a small red light therapy lamp with a clamp and is was difficult to adjust to the right spot. This stand is well designed and the panel can cover my whole body while standing or lying. So far, no issues.

It came packed well. No broken parts. I got this for 3 reasons. Pain relief, skin problems and weight loss. I had 2 back injuries last year. I have nerve damage in back and legs. It’s not a total cure for pain, but I do not take pain meds and this helped tremendously. It also works amazingly for my skin problems and I lost weight after 2 weeks. I have been looking for such a red light therapy lamp for a while to treat my back pain and wrist injury. I am surprised that this lamp helps so much with relieving the pain and I don’t need to see a doctor for the therapeutic treatment anymore. The whole product is well designed and easy to install. I bought this red light therapy panel for an upgrade for my sauna and I use it almost daily. It gets rid of my inflammation from jiujitsu so I can do it all over again and no need to go somewhere else. I dropped it several times onto the wood and nothing happens, very sturdy. It is great that it came with a stand so I can put it anywhere if I want to.

I've had osteoarthritis diagnosed for something like 15 years and it hasn't gotten better over the years. There are days that pain and stiffness are too great to be able to exercise and move around like the way I want to, and I've had to curtail such activity to some extent. This red light panel has taken away about 95% of the pain in my hips and knees, and it did so the very first time I used it and I noticed the difference within an hour or two. Plus, the pain was almost gone for 24 hours after I used it, so it's not just a temporary relief lasting for less than a day.

This red light therapy panel is very light so it’s convenient to carry around. It’s easy to set up as you can adjust the height and easy to use. It’s a little too soon to know if it works for pain relief, but it feels very comfortable while lying down face front and makes my back warm.

When I order this panel they told me that I will receive it after 5 days from the day I place the order, so I canceled all my appointments on the day of arrival. I was waiting the whole day, but it never came. Very disappointed. I don’t want them to just leave it on my door step because sometimes my packages were being stolen. This is not a cheap product so I want to put it inside the house once it came. The product was great, but the delivery sucks.

I would recommend this LED Red light, the stand is sturdy and flexible to adjust to various heights and angles. The red light panel is also very well made. If you need infrared light therapy treatment, this is the best choice. One feature improvement suggestion for the manufacturer is that it would be very convenient for the next product generation to have a remote to quickly change settings while in use.

I was surprised how effective this red light therapy panel was. I do a lot of weight training and normally I feel a lot of inflammation in my joints. This red light panel has helped me to recover quicker. Also the set up was very easy, it was ready in under a minute. Definitely would recommend great alternative to a heating pad.

I am using this red light panel for facial therapy. I have only done 4 sessions with it, but I am already impressed. My skin already looks smoother and healthier. This is the real deal! There is no need to spend hundreds on a facial device. This has the right red LED wavelength for facial therapy plus infrared. Be careful with your eyes, do not look directly to it. You will also get a deeper healing benefit of IR therapy, and encourage your own collagen production. Just do it! I am very happy with my purchase.

The quality is really good, it is made from metal. It has on and off switch which is very handy. The red light panel itself is very powerful and warm. I play basketball and sometimes my feet are sore afterwards, but after using this light it has tremendously helped me to recover quickly. It is perfect for feet, hand, or body pain. It also feels really good on the back after a long day of work!
