My digestive system is really sensitive and high maintenance. I'm either making several trips to the bathroom or suffering through uncomfortable aches because I can't go at all. I usually dealt with it by choosing what to eat and changing my diet but that doesn't seem to be working very well for me either so I decide to take a few extra measures to stay healthy. I have never taken probiotics before, so I had no idea how effective they will be. Honestly, I doubted that they'd even do anything but I'm an easy target for bad bacteria and infections given my digestive system is, apparently this is supposed to help with controlling those pathogenic bacteria. So far so good, I think they're working well enough. I've only experienced a handful of flair ups since I have been using them, which for me is pretty impressive.

This stuff is amazing!!! I have had digestive issues for the past 10 years! Never been diagnosed, but assume ITBS or similar. I’ve tried so many different diets, some work, some make it worse, but it’s difficult being restricted to a limited choice of foods. I started taking this probiotic supplements 2 weeks ago. The first 2-3 days it gave me pretty bad gas, but it cleared up my loose stool. After about a week, I have a normal stool and no gas! Highly recommend this product!

I used probiotics to obtain more regular bowel movements and improve my digestion overall, which this product has fulfilled so far. I've been going to the bathroom consistently twice a day ever since I started taking these which hadn't happened since I was in my 20's. I like how nicely sized the capsules are and how they have no nasty flavor. They go down pretty easy. The bottle is pretty nice looking, packaged pretty well. This is my first experience taking a probiotic supplement and I was very satisfied with this brand. The first time I took it was on an empty stomach first thing in the morning to see if I would experience any adverse side effects. Well, no side effects. As in nothing at all. In fact, I noticed after several days an increased in metabolism, increased productive bowel movements, increased sustained energy and diminished sensitivity to certain foods like bread and anything containing gluten. I have had psoriasis for a while and it has been quite a challenge to keep in check, especially during the cold season. In fact, I have already been taking medications for it, as prescribed by my dermatologist, but it still gets triggered in cold weather. I began taking probiotics to see if it would have an effect on my psoriasis because of what I’ve read online. So far so good. My skin has definitely gotten a whole lot better ever since I began taking this product. It does not get as inflamed as it normally would, and from what I’ve read, it’s because the good bacteria help improve the immune system, thereby controlling the symptoms of diseases like psoriasis. Overall, I think it did a good job so I will be taking it continuously in the future and I will obviously buy it again.

I had been using a comparable raw probiotic and was intrigued when I saw this one had the same amount of strains and was considerably more affordable. One thing that I was used to from my previous probiotic was how “regular” it made my bowel movements were nearly timed like a Swiss train and even after taking this new probiotic for two weeks, that hasn’t changed. I’ve also noticed a reduction in bloating and my skin is clearing up and getting softer. I’ve definitely been won over by this product and won’t be buying the overpriced product from the competitor anymore!

As I continued using this supplement for the first week, I really started noticing the changes. I was feeling lighter because the excess gas and bloating were gone, I noticed that I wasn’t as gassy as I was before, and I didn’t have out of control burps. The painful cramps were gone.
